Crash Near Bethany Home Road on I-17 Blocks HOV Lane

PHOENIX, AZ –Arizona DOT reported a traffic accident in north Phoenix early Thursday morning.

The crash happened around 6 a.m. within the southbound lanes of the interstate and south of the Bethany Home Road overpass.

The HOV lane was blocked for about 20 minutes, causing traffic to build up in the area.
