Crash Creates Major Traffic Delays on Loop 101

PHOENIX, AZ – Major delays were reported following a rush-hour crash on Loop 101 in north Phoenix today.
According to a report by Arizona DOT, the incident occurred in the eastbound lanes of the freeway near the exit to 67th Avenue shortly before 7:30 a.m. this morning.

The circumstances of the crash currently remain unclear. However, all lanes, except for the HOV lane, were closed as a result, causing major traffic delays in the area.
It is unclear if anyone was injured in the collision. All lanes have since been reopened.
