Phillips Law Group Funds Launch of Arizona Helping Hands’ Mobile Unit

On July 13, 2023, Arizona Helping Hands held a launch event celebrating its new mobile unit, which will serve as a pop-up shop for foster children and families in the Arizona area. Phillips Law Group proudly helped fund the launch of the unit, alongside the Phoenix Suns and other funding partners. 

The goal of the event and the mobile unit was for foster kids to be able to receive backpacks and other supplies and gear they need to start this school year off right. While back-to-school season can be a very exciting time for many families, some foster families and children may need a little boost to start this school year off with confidence, and AZ Helping Hands’ “starter kits” can help them do just that. 

“We couldn’t be more excited to continue to serve children in foster care across Arizona, where they need us and when they need us,” the organization shared on Instagram. 

And to the foster allies and funding partners involved in the event, AZ Helping Hands added, “We can’t thank you all enough for making this possible.”

At Phillips Law Group, we couldn’t be more proud to be a part of helping such an amazing organization. We know that the work Arizona Helping Hands does – and the volunteers involved in making their mission a reality – make a huge difference in the lives of kids in foster care. We embrace any chance to assist them with that mission and are extremely honored to have been involved in this incredible opportunity. 

Beginning July 13th through August, the Arizona Helping Hands resource center has backpacks and other school supplies available for foster families and advocates. But the organization will also have several pop-up locations throughout the month of July, including in locations like Flagstaff, Tucson, Yuma, and more.
